Enjoying a tandem flight does not require any specific preparation nor special capacity. A short and easy run will allow a smooth take-off. The flight will last from 10 mn to more than 1/2h depending on the weather conditions. You will also be proposed to pilot yourself and have your first in-flight piloting lesson before landing softly back to the ground.
